Return Policy
Overview
Lindsay Nicholas New York accepts returns on full-price items within 14 calendar days of delivery. This applies to all orders, including EU customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. The following are not eligible for return: final sale items, discounted items, and items showing signs of wear or damage.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@lindsaynicholasnewyork.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. Once your return is authorised, you will receive confirmation, instructions, and — for US orders — a prepaid shipping label.

US Orders
Complimentary return shipping is provided on all eligible US returns via prepaid label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method upon receipt and processing of the returned item.
EU Orders — Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return any order within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@lindsaynicholasnewyork.com with your order number and name. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Return shipping costs for EU returns are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent via a traceable method (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent) to the address above. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the eligibility conditions above.
All Other International Orders
International shipping is available at a $35 USD flat rate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility. If you decline to pay duties and the parcel is returned to us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International returns must be sent via a traceable method (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent) to the address above, and must include all relevant commercial invoices to clear customs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued to your original payment method upon receipt and processing of the returned item.
