Shipping Policy

Shipping from the United States

All orders from Lindsay Nicholas New York are shipped from our U.S. flagship store in Fort Worth, Texas.

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, though delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $35 USD.

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost

  • The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery

If duties or taxes are declined and the shipment is returned before delivery, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.


International Returns

International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.

Returned items must be shipped using a traceable carrier (such as DHL or FedEx). Once the return is received and processed by our warehouse, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Customs Documentation for International Returns

All international returns must include complete and accurate commercial invoices for the returned items. This documentation is required to avoid delays or issues with international customs clearance.
